Weight Loss versus Fat Burning Foods
Eat too much and weight loss may be slow in coming;
eat too little and
muscle,
protein and water is lost resulting in the classic “yo yo” cycle most

example would be to go as hard as you can for a 30 seconds, followed by
30-60 seconds of active recovery.

list.You should aim to be eating only natural, unprocessed, fresh and
nutrient rich foods. Once you eliminate junk food from your diet you
will see immediate results: you energy levels will skyrocket, you won't
have as many calories .

Learn to eat protein related protein like chicken, beef, salmon,
cottage
cheese and more. Stay away from starches and sugars, they are only
fillers and you will put the pounds on. I simply love the idea of 'free
days' or 'cheat days' when you can treat yourself without feeling
guilty about it.
